Dear Valued Client(s),
I hope this correspondence finds you well. I am reaching out at this time because I have an important announcement to make. After serving clients in Orange County for more than twenty-eight (28) years, I have decided to join practices with another firm and begin my path into retirement so I can devote more of my time to family and loved ones at this point in my life. This was an incredibly difficult decision because the relationships that I have developed with my clients are very important to me and I shall miss interacting with you.
Once I came to this conclusion, I had another decision to make. I wished to identify a law firm that would continue to provide my clients with the same type of service that I have provided for the last three decades. As a member of Wealth Counsel, we provide detailed Trusts for our clients, often with subtrusts for our clients’ children, which provide protection for the funds and other assets being bequeathed to them. When clients seek a review and/or update to their estate planning documents, if no changes are needed, then there is no charge for the meeting. Or, if changes are necessary because of changes in the law, changes in the dynamics of your family, or other changes, we let you know what the cost will be to make the needed changes.
With this vision in mind, I am excited to announce my joining of Copenbarger & Copenbarger LLP, hereinafter referred to as Copenbarger. Their founder, Lloyd Copenbarger, LLM, has been practicing law for more than forty-three (43) years. Accordingly, I reached out to the Copenbarger Law Firm. I feel they are well suited to support my clients because of their reputation and experience. They serve people throughout California, and they have offices in Pasadena, Temecula, and Santa Ana.
I am pleased to announce that Copenbarger has accepted my offer and a smooth transition is well underway. Things will, for the most part, remain the same. The Copenbarger Law Firm will serve my San Clemente, Laguna Hills, and other south Orange County clients in my existing Laguna Hills office. Clients in other areas may choose to use one of their seven (7) other offices throughout California. Also, I will remain an attorney with Copenbarger Law Firm in the role of an advisor and can introduce you to the Copenbarger Team over the next few months.
