About Elaine
Elaine B. Alston is an attorney with Copenbarger & Copenbarger, LLP, bringing more than three decades of experience in business litigation, commercial disputes, probate litigation, and real estate matters in both state and federal courts.
Elaine has spent much of her career handling complex, high-stakes litigation, often focusing on a small number of significant cases at a time. Her practice has included major probate litigation, business and real estate disputes, and extensive trial work. She also has deep, long-standing experience representing mobilehome park owners, advising clients on all legal aspects of the manufactured housing and mobilehome park industry.
Elaine is known for her strategic judgment, trial advocacy skills, and practical approach to resolving complex disputes. She has represented clients in jury and bench trials, arbitrations, mediations, and multi-party actions, and she brings a steady, experienced perspective to each matter she handles.
Personal
Elaine has had a lifelong affinity for dogs. She and her dogs participate in a wide variety of dog sports – Elaine’s dogs are ranked among the highest in the nation.
